How do I know if we are a fit?

We can schedule a free, 15-minute initial phone consultation to discuss the possibility of working together, answer any questions you may have, and explore if we could be a good fit. Or, you can book with me directly through my website and schedule a first full session.

How much do you charge?

Individual Psychotherapy: $175 for 50-minute sessions

Couples/Relationship Therapy: $200 for 55-minute sessions or $250 for 75-minute sessions

I accept payment via credit or debit card.

I do reserve some sliding scale/reduced fee slots. We can discuss this on our initial phone call.

Do you take insurance?

I do not accept insurance at this time. Many providers will partially reimburse out-of-network mental health services and I encourage you to reach out to your insurance company to understand what options might be available to you. I am happy to provide you with a monthly superbill (itemized receipt of services) for you to submit to your insurance company upon request.

What is scheduling and your availability like?

I am available Monday through Friday. I have morning, afternoon, and evening availability. I am not available on the weekends.

I typically work with clients weekly- the recommended frequency of treatment- but can also accommodate sessions every two weeks depending on my schedule and availability- as well as if this is appropriate for our treatment goals.

I tend to be flexible with scheduling our weekly session time if you have employment or a schedule that is not consistent or regular on a week-to-week basis.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, my cancellation policy is 48 hours. I can speak about this in more detail during our initial phone call or first session together.
