Hi and welcome to my counseling and psychotherapy practice. I’m glad you’ve found your way here. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California, serving clients throughout both states. With a master’s degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco, I’ve been supporting clients since 2018.

My practice is based in Brooklyn and upstate New York including the Hudson Valley and the Capital Region of Albany as well as Oakland, California and the greater San Francisco Bay Area. I offer virtual therapy sessions, making support accessible to clients anywhere in New York State or California.
